Helga Guðný Theodórs, founder of NúnaCo Wellness studio and Barre teacher

Barre instructor Helga Guðný Theodórs opened the studio Núna Collective Wellness Studio in the summer of 2022, and Barre is a combination of pilates, yoga and strength training, done on a mat and with a ballet barre. Helga was introduced to Barre while living in California and wanted to introduce Barre to the country after moving back home. Helga has been taking Feel Iceland collagen for over 3 years and says she is free of joint pain.

Feel Iceland is one of the brands I’ve followed since the beginning. I still remember when it first came out when I was living in California, I thought it was so exciting what ingredients they were working with, an incredibly great approach to utilizing seafood, and it didn’t hurt that the design heart in me thought the whole setting was so cool.

After I moved back home three years ago, after 13 years abroad, I started trying the Feel Iceland collagen, using it in boozt and yogurt and coffee, but I have found a great routine where I put one spoonful in cold water with a vitamin blend in the morning and drink it with the Joint Therapy capsules, daily along with other supplements I take.

The Feel Iceland collagen is amazing and I love taking it, but what I have really fallen for are the Joint Therapy capsules. Teaching over 15 Barre classes a week can take its toll, and I was starting to feel a little joint pain in my fingers, which is perhaps not unusual when I do quite a few planks a week, but after I started taking Joint Therapy I don't get any joint pain anymore. It's absolutely great to find products that work 100%, make you feel so good, and not to mention have it looking good on the shelf!
