Breakfast or midnight snack

Here at Feel Iceland we encourage people to adopt a positive lifestyle. We believe in setting easy and manageable goals and learning and growing along the way.

It's really important to think about what you put into your body at the start of the day. We love starting the day with a light and healthy Collagen + Chia porridge. It's also a great mid-morning or afternoon snack.

  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Feel Iceland collagen
  • 1-1.5 dl water
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons blueberries
Mix the chia seeds, Feel Iceland collagen powder and salt together in a bowl with water and let stand for a few minutes, stirring occasionally. Add the Greek yogurt, blueberries and cinnamon on top or mix it in. Enjoy!
