It's really important to think about what you put into your body at the start of the day. We love starting the day with a light and healthy Collagen + Chia porridge. It's also a great mid-morning or afternoon snack.
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Feel Iceland collagen
- 1-1.5 dl water
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
