
Kristjana Steingríms put together this wonderful protein-rich tiramisu recipe – which is both delicious to taste and beautiful in presentation.
Ingredients (2 servings)
- 1 cup (240ml) rolled oats/oatmeal
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Feel Iceland collagen powder
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup 1 cup (240 ml) plant-based milk or milk of your choice
- ½ cup (120 ml) strong espresso coffee (can be decaffeinated)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- A little salt
The top
- 1 cup (240ml) Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp Feel Iceland collagen powder
- 3 tbsp honey/maple syrup
- A dash of vanilla
- Cocoa powder for dusting on top
Instructions:
- Place oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, salt, vanilla, sweetener, milk and coffee in a bowl and stir well and cover the bowl.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- For the topping; mix all the ingredients together, stir well and place on top.
- Take 2 beautiful glasses, even put a little granola in the bottom
- then the coffee/tiramisu dessert / top with the vanilla sauce and finally sift a little cocoa powder on top
